3D Modelling

Building Information Modelling and general purpose 3D modelling of parts and assemblies

3D modeling is the process of creating a virtual representation of a three-dimensional object. By using specialized 3D modeling software, 3D designers can create incredibly realistic models that can be viewed as 2D images (or renderings) or explored as fully 3D simulations. While 3D design can be a beautiful art form in itself, it is also an extremely valuable tool for modern product design and manufacturing.

In the AEC industry, 3D modelling is used as both a design aid and a communication tool. We use 3D modelling in order to coordinate our designs in a virtual 3D space, this is especially useful for coordinating multi-disciplinary designs. Additionally this helps the stakeholders to visualize space, movement, access and other important factors of design.
